Welcome to the Real Estate License Exam Prep course from RepurposeForge. This short video is your orientation. Over the next eight modules, we will walk through everything that shows up on the national portion of the state real estate license exam, one clear section at a time.

Here is how the course is built. Module one covers the exam itself and how licensing works — who issues licenses, what pre-licensing education requires, and the difference between salespersons and brokers. Module two moves into real property and land description — the legal ideas behind land, fixtures, estates, and the three systems used to describe a parcel. Module three covers forms of ownership — fee simple, life estates, joint tenancy, and the co-ownership forms that show up again and again. Module four walks through encumbrances and liens — easements, deed restrictions, mortgages, and the priority rules that decide who gets paid first. Module five is all about agency — the duties you owe a client and the different agreements that create the relationship. Module six covers contracts and the purchase transaction — from offer and acceptance all the way to closing. Module seven covers finance and valuation — mortgages, loan types, and the appraisal approaches. Module eight closes the course with fair housing, leasing, and a full test-day review.

Each module is short and focused, and each one ends with a five-question check so you can test yourself right in YouTube. You will also find a study sheet attached to every video — download it, print it, and review it during the week.

This course is a companion to the full Real Estate License Exam Prep guide, which contains all two hundred ten high-yield terms and concepts with strategy tips and examples for each one. The guide is available at the link in the description — it is optional, but it is the perfect pair for these videos if you want every term in writing.

Here is a suggested study plan. Week one: watch modules one through four and review the study sheets. Week two: watch modules five through eight and repeat the quizzes. Week three: retake every quiz, review your weakest sections, and run through the final review in module eight. That pattern works because you are spacing your practice, which is exactly how memory sticks.

One important note before we start. This course is an independent study companion. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state real estate commission, ARELLO, or any national real estate association. Every state writes its own exam, so always confirm requirements and content with your state's real estate commission and its approved pre-licensing course providers.
