Dosage calculation is the one skill where "close" is not a grade you want. This twelve-page workbook gives you forty practice problems in four sets of ten, and then shows the working for every single one of them — the setup, the conversion, the division, and the rounding. Page 2 is the how-to: D/H × Q with each term defined, the four-step setup, and the exact rounding rules the answer key uses so your answers can be marked against it. Sets 1–4 cover D/H × Q and unit conversions, weight-based doses in mg/kg, pump rates in mL/hr, drip rates in gtt/min, infusion time, and concentrations (units/hr, mcg/min, mg/min). The four answer keys show the full working for all forty problems. Page 11 is a conversion reference card — metric weight, volume, pounds and kilograms, drop factors, and the three formulas on one line each. Page 12 is a score and review tracker. Every answer in the key was computed from the same numbers you are given, by a script, and checked against a second calculation. Nothing in the key was typed by hand.
